Retail management module which helps the customers to procure the desired merchandise, aware of the new and/or improved products are dealt with, which includes advertising and promotion of the products from the retail stores for their end-use refers to retail management. This course gives detailed ideas regarding the Retail Management, Retail, Category Management, and Retail Marketing techniques, which include all the steps required to bring the customers into the store and fulfill their buying need, and ensuring that the customers leave the store with a smile.

We emphasis is on making the aspiring students well familiar with the jargon and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar to pro them in the English language.
This module at large focuses on the international standards of grooming and etiquette required in the aviation, hospitality, tourism and customer service industries. The module trains the student on the grooming skills to include skin and hair care, western and traditional attires, and basic grooming practices, dental care, professional make-up techniques, etc. and be presentable at work.
The importance of the art of walking impressionably, Introduction to powerful communication, improving verbal communication and participating in team-building activities are also discussed in detail and become an individual whose personality is a valuable, life-changing asset required in the aviation, hospitality, tourism and customer service industries.
This is a vital module that trains the student on customer handling skill that plays vital on the successful career of every individual in this industry. Students are also made aware of skill sets to deal with ease even the difficult customers successfully that makes customer service exemplary.
