Effective communication techniques module is primarily designed to help each student communicate effectively in the English language at work. Since this module in this course is extremely interactive, students also learn about key aspects of correct and effective communication with the customer.

This module carries the entire English Language Grammar loaded with exercises, which is designed to further improve your pronunciation, intonation, and fluency in the use of the English Language. The course is highly interactive and develops student’s skills in public speaking and group discussions required for clearing the interviews.

International Grooming module at large focuses on the international standards of grooming and etiquette required in the aviation, hospitality, tourism and customer service industries. It includes sub-topics like eating habits, skincare, yoga, make-up, poise training, etc. and imparts the best of professional grooming among the students.

Life skills module largely focuses on leadership training, goals and objectives setting, handling procrastination and effective communication. Hence you must have discipline, patience, responsibility, punctuality, commitment and self-confidence to be a part of this challenging and well-paid career in the aviation and hospitality industry.

Amadeus course teaches the skills required by the staff working in the Air Travel – Reservation, Inventory, and Departure Control System. After the successful completion of the course and passing of exams, students will get a certificate from Amadeus which is recognized by airlines worldwide. It manages the entire check-in process, including retrieving the reservation, making any necessary updates, advanced check-in options, boarding passes and baggage tags getting printed out.

The In-flight services module imparts the details of Cabin Crew's work on board. Cabin Crew attendants take care of your minutest demand, offer the best of food, comfortable bedding and cushions, offer the best in class services are designed to make you feel like royalty and enjoy in-flight services like never before that adds to a passenger’s flying experience.

Airport Ground Service module delivers the entire knowledge about the various departments of the airlines and at the airport. Our ground handling training curriculum covers all the aspects of all the Ground handling procedures which are – Cargo Handling, Passenger Handling & Ramp Management as well as the grooming of your personality to cover all aspects of airport ground handling.

The Tourism and Hospitality industry goes hand in hand. This module explains the work in various departments of the hotel and travel sector. Tourism and hospitality involved the roles & responsibilities like managing a team of people, organizing travel plans, making bookings, baggage handling, promoting your brand or company in the world market.

Interview skills module prepares the student for facing and clearing all types of interviews and mock test to be successful in the aviation and hospitality industry. Public speaking, mock interviews, group discussions, and positive body language are major topics covered in this course.
